This place is amazing! Always give free extra sauce too!! The chicken is good quality and the hummus is probably the best in Waterloo.

I ordered the small chicken family platter. I have a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. It was more than enough food for all of us, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place!!

Consistently provides incredible service and quality. We have tried catering as well as take out and have never been disappointed. Ordering for catering has always been a breeze and they far exceeded our expectations in every way. Food was done in a timely manner and they were amazingly helpful in listening to our requests and going above and beyond to surpass our expectations. Everyone raved about the food that was catered. I would not look anywhere else for delicious, quality middle eastern food in the region.

Love the food, love the owners who give back to their community and are facing difficult times due to COVID. This is the best shawarma in Waterloo and they also make other very tasty dishes - please visit them - they will not disappoint you!I was saddened to read about fake reviews and fake orders that they have been receiving lately. This business is one of the most giving in Waterloo and they’ve supported in the community in times of need. Now, we should not let them down because it is our turn to help them survive.I realized that I have eaten dozens of times here without a single bad or unpleasant experience and great tasting consistently flavourful food, yet not left a review. Been here many times. Large portion sizes for decent prices. The wraps are good and the plates are great value, coming with a salad, rice, and protein. Fast service even during lunch rush.I've attached a picture of the chicken shawarma plate takeout. Pita bread and hummus (not shown) was complimentary.

Catered twice from Jawad and his team at Shawerma Plus and he exceeded our expectations on both occasions. Will definitely be ordering for another party again. Fair prices, excellent quantities, and delicious quality. Bonus: usually way more than enough for leftovers. Thanks guys!!

Best Shawerma in Waterloo!!I have tried all the local spots throughout my time at Laurier & nothing can top Shawerma Plus.The flavour they pack into every bite is crazy. I usually get the Chicken Shawerma Saj, it has so much flavour & less pita taste (reheats super well in the oven as leftovers🙌🏼) I think the authentic stuffing is the best - chicken, fries, pickles, and looottssss of garlic sauce. Their fattoush salad is also amazing.. the pomegranate syrup they put on top is so unique & balances the acidity of the salad perfectly.Definitely a cute local spot to check out!

Best authentic shawarma I have ever had in Canada! You will not find another shawarma joint with chicken or garlic sauce as authentic as Shawarma plus. Definitely a must try for everyone!

The best shawarma! I can not count the number of times I have eaten here, but each time has never let me down. They are very accommodating and the portions are perfefct.Everyone that works there is really nice and the food is just awesome. Especially during COVID-19, they have a safe set-up for pick-up as well as delivery options, so it is definitely worth getting when you want to eat out! Thank you Shawarma Plus.

Last week I ordered a catering order from Jawad and was incredibly impressed! Jawad was very flexible and kind, willing to adapt to our needs and budgetary requirements. He provided the utmost quality of service! I felt that he genuinely cared to ensure that we were happy with our order. He even hand delivered the order during the snowy day. The food was absolutely delicious and presented very nicely. The youth in my program loved it and the staff as well. I was very satisfied with his service!

The students and I were so excited and eager to eat Shawarma Plus that we had forgotten to take a photo of the yummy food! We recommend Shawarma Plus Express in Waterloo because of it' good food quality, large portions, and great customer service. Shawarma Plus Express and its co-founders were very accommodating with our needs and limitations when it came to catering. We have cater'd with them twice, and both times were very understanding, quick, and accepting to our requests. Delivery was quick, the deliver was friendly, and the food was warm and fresh.

Delicious food is always guaranteed at Shawerma Plus. I love the shawarma platter with rice and fries that they load up with hot sauce and garlic sauce! The garlic sauce is really tasty here, and for me that’s important part of the experience. Great place to get for delivery or take out when you don’t feel like cooking.

Jawad was awesome at explaining all the food options for a recent company event. The price was fantastic and the food was even better, so naturally they are catering for us again just a few weeks later. If I could give six stars, I would!

We were craving Shawerma last week and since we don't have a local place we made the 40 minute drive into Waterloo. We ordered the family platter online on our way in. The online ordering process was super easy, and our order was ready on arrival. This was our first time giving Shawerma Plus a try and we loved it! The shawerma and the sauces were so flavourful, and the portions were an amazing value for the price! We'll be back again!

Ordered food here for a debate tournament, and it was the best meal we had all weekend :) Staff was really friendly and easy to coordinate with, and helped us put together a meal for 180 people that was fully vegetarian/vegan. They even through in extra food to make sure we didn't run out.

For a couple years I’ve heard how great the food is here and didn’t think the hype could be legit. Finally made it in and the hype was spot on. The Jawad is the king of local shawerma. Will be back again, and again...and again.

Love seeing this place busy almost all the time. Doing something right to bring people back. I love my chicken shawarma wrap in Jawad's style stuffed with fries pickles, garlic mayo & hot sauce. Their sauces are the best too. Not to forget the interior is very welcoming & the murals they have on the walls are very unique & nice.

Picked up a « small » sized chicken family platter from Shawerma Plus The wrap slices are so crispy with a perfect ratio of ingredients as always. I recommend you check them out.

The food is amazing, variety of shawarma and falafel wraps, I tried many of them and they all taste great, the topping options are delicious, staff are very friendly. Also they often have special offers like 2 shawarma wraps at discounted price.

We haven't had shawerma for a long time and we ordered the lamb and veal shawerma with the English toppings. It was so delicious and we devoured it so fast. The sauces and toppings combined with the meat was a perfect sweet sweet ratio. Will be coming back here soon!

I come here for shawarma all the time now because of their wrap special. For the cost, quality, and amount of food you get, they can’t be beat. Became my favourite place very quickly after trying them.

Food is fine. Not the greatest of shawrmas, I would say. They have an offer for 2 shawrmas within 15 C$, which is quite popular with the students mostly. Its a good place to grab a quick bite. But, most importantly its halal food.

I have been eating here since it opened. The food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly. You can tell the food is of good quality and well prepared. Easily the best place to eat in the plaza!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Shawerma Plus invited me in to try their menu and it was insanely good. All the workers were so kind, and the establishment was clean and welcoming. The food was 10/10 , and I have been back many times for more! I recommend this place to people all the time I love it!! If you are looking for quality Shawerma this is the place for you. I first tried Shawerma Plus just a few months ago but ever since I have I've been hooked! My go-to is the Chicken Shawerma Wrap (English Style) but sometimes I'll treat myself to Lamb Kebab Plate. On top of the great food, the owner is super nice and welcoming! Will definitely miss this place when I finish school- hoping they expand into Toronto.

Good shawarma platters and wraps, I'm partial to Jawad's because I'm a huge fan of sour in my food. Service can be a bit slow at times and their shawarma isn't always browned well which can be a con for some people. Overall good though
